Do you allow pets?
No. Animals including dogs are not permitted in the home or on the grounds.
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed in the home or on the grounds.
Do you provide hair dryers, shampoo, soap, irons, etc.?
Yes! The home is stocked with basic amenities including a hair dryer and iron and board. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes and pots and pans, paper towels and dishwasher soap. The bathroom is stocked with towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and basic shampoo and conditioner. The bedrooms have extra pillows and linens.
What is your minimum stay?
There is a 3 night minimum.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Do you allow early check-in?
Early check-in may be available. Call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I check in?
You will self check-in to the home. We will provide the door code and check-in instructions a couple days prior to your stay via the email you provide on your reservation.
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website or by telephone. Our website uses secure checkout. If you feel more comfortable, you may call us at 541-398-1407 to book over the phone.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
When do you take payment?
We require payment in full at the time of booking.
Do you charge a security deposit?
No. We do not require a security deposit.
What do I do if I can’t make my reservation or need to change dates?
Stays can be canceled 60 days in advance for a full refund. If you need to change the dates of your stay or have extenuating circumstances, call or email us and we will try to accommodate you.
What is the cleaning fee?
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $175.
What are motel taxes?
Motel taxes are charged at a rate of 6.8% to the nightly rate and cleaning fee. These taxes are paid to the county and State of Oregon.
